La Sophrologie psycho-comportementale est une thérapie brève basée sur la reprise d'autonomie de la personne, dont le but est un  équilibre entre le corps et la pensée. Les deux sont liés et l'un ne va pas sans l'autre.

J'utilise l'état modifié de conscience pour vous emmener à effectuer le changement, cet état s'appelle sophroliminal. L'accès à l'inconscient facilite ces changements profonds.

Cette thérapie couvre un éventail de difficultés diverses et variées allant d'une problématique ancienne à la gestion du stress, des émotions, faire face à un deuil, à la sexualité, les phobies, les addictions....Il est ici important de préciser que c'est une discipline qui permet de décrypter les comportements, le psychisme et les sentiments d'une personne. Chacun de nous est un être unique de par son physique, ses émotions, ses pensées, ses croyances.

C'est ce tout ,et bien plus, qui constitue l'être et le rend unique.

Mon travail consiste à déprogrammer les schémas limitants et en créer des nouveaux en fonctions de vos objectifs. C'est l'alliance de différentes techniques (sophrologie, relaxation, hypnose, coaching, visualisation positives, programmation neurolinguistique) qui permettent la prise de conscience de soi.

Le but est celui de révéler les ressources et potentiels cachés en chacun et d'apprendre à les utiliser en toute autonomie. Les différentes techniques agissent en complémentarité et harmonisent l'être dans sa globalité. Cela redonne à chacun son pouvoir personnel, celui de faire de sa vie une oeuvre d'art et de la vivre en osmose avec lui-même.

NB : la première séance inclue l'anamnèse et sa durée est de 2h, le tarif reste le même, néanmoins il est important de préciser qu'il s'agit d'une première séance afin d'ajuster le temps impartit.
