During the course of 6 weeks, we’ll be meeting one-on-one for coaching calls via Zoom. Like the single session, the first 60-minute session is an hour deep dive into all aspects of your life. This creates context, evaluating in detail what needs to be shifted and focused on in regard to what you desire to manifest. Together we will identify where you’re currently at and where you would ideally like to be in each area, and then navigate how to find your optimal state. Subsequent sessions will be highly individualized and vary depending on your needs and include ongoing support, progress checks, accountability, and encouragement. I will imagine your wish fulfilled, further propelling you to achieve your desired results. After each call, you will receive an email from me, outlining your action steps and resources. You’ll walk away feeling clear, refreshed, and excited about upgrading your mindset, habits, and life. You receive: • 6 x coaching sessions (60 minutes each), once weekly, over the course of six weeks. • An email summary of our call after each session with relevant homework and resources. • Email and/or WhatsApp support for 6 weeks. • Access to my private Facebook group for more support from other beautiful, like-minded people.You will receive email confirmation and will be redirected to a new client questionnaire to be filled and returned within 24 hours before your appointment.
