Slow Flow is a mindful flow designed to bring balance to the body and the mind. Moving with intention and awareness, sometimes holding poses and exploring what the pose has to offer you in that moment. When we slow down we relax the nervous system, focus on the breath, and become stronger mentally and physically. You will need a free Zoom account to participate.

In our hour consultation, we will deep dive into your health and fitness goals, talk more about what you've tried, what struggles you've experienced, and come up with a plan to help get you from where you are to where you want to be. 

This is designed for members who have just signed up for a profile. It is a longer conversation, and will cover more in-depth the approach we want to take to recruiting!

This is a shorter, one-on-one meeting between you and your recruiting coach! Please only book with your appointed recruiting coach and to streamline the meeting, please email your coach before the meeting with any questions or topics you want covered!
