A 90 minute private session that is designed for personal healing and transformation aligned with your highest and best possible outcome, with tools including meditation, reiki, mediumship, oracle cards and any insights that are guided in the moment are explored for enabling greater clarity and a deeper connection to your true Self helping you access your own power instead of looking outward for answers.

A 90 minute private session for you if you are interested in a conscious conception route and are curious about exploring spirit baby energies even before you are pregnant. Nurture this bonding and deepen the connection to transform the energy from ‘wanting’ to creating a ‘welcoming’ space in the mind, body, and spirit.

Reiki is a light and safe healing technique that utilizes the hands as channels of energy. Reiki supports the body’s natural healing process and helps restore the flow of energy where it has stagnated due to physical injury or emotional pain. This session is conducted remotely at a pre-scheduled time. As a practitioner I will be using my hands as channels of energy and direct as guided to the different chakras of the body as well as address any concerns that have been discussed before the starting of the session. The client is in a relaxed space within their home and lying down with soft soothing music if needed. There is no contact during the session which can take up to 45 minutes.

Welcome to Rope 101! This is the perfect class for you if you've just picked up rope for the first time and want to learn basic ties. In this class you'll get hands on instruction for all of your beginner rigger needs. We'll go over safety, common terms, rope handling techniques, fundamental ties and knots, and start to work out how to create satisfying scenes on the ground. While you are more than welcome to come to my studio to learn in person, this class is also available via zoom/google meet if you'd rather learn from the comfort of your own home! 

This class is for riggers who are ready to take their skills to the air! In this class you will learn how to suspend safely and efficiently using uplines and lock-offs, how to assess hard points, what makes a harness safe for suspension, and other basic tips and tricks. This class is solely for those who have been tying competently on the ground for some time and have an understanding and familiarity of basic harnesses and rope safety. This class requires you to bring a tying partner who is comfortable being suspended and aware of the risks involved therein. Due to the inherent risk involved in suspension, this class can only be taught in person at my studio. Address given upon booking. 

Lessons at this price point are reserved for those who are facing financial hardship, POC, and SWs. Historically, rope education has not been accessible to those community members who would benefit from it the most. I strongly believe that rope is for everyone who wishes to learn and am happy to share my knowledge with others who would normally find it hard to access at other, more expensive prices.
