What do we do? We believe that in order to feel mentally healthy and be able to navigate and handle life's challenges, we need to work proactively on our mental fitness as we would any other muscle in our body. Our coaches create a safe and confidential space to help bring awareness and clarity on what it is you're working on. They will empower you to take action, holding you to account along the way. All successful people have a coach, so why not you? Together with your coach, you will co-create actionable steps that can help you to move forwards and become more authentic at work whilst learning how to integrate mentally healthy tools and techniques into your everyday life.

How does it work? Sessions are held via Zoom and last 45 minutes. We actively encourage 'walk and talk' coaching to get away from the screen and out into the fresh air. Your coach will follow up with actionable next steps and this will be emailed to you so there is no need to worry about taking notes.  

Why would I see a fifty50 coach? It offers a chance for you to pause, reflect and invest in yourself. You are free to bring to the table whatever is on your mind. It might be a personal matter that is leaving you feeling stressed; an unmanageable workload; getting clear on your next steps career-wise; creating more balance in your work and personal life; managing anxiety surrounding the return to the office; solving a problem you are facing at work or getting clear on your personal and professional goals. Durant cette séance d'une heure minimum, je vous aide à identifier vos peurs et vos blocages. Ceux qui vous empêchent d'avancer, d'être vous, de réagir, d'évoluer...
