Looking at the person, the role and the organisation and placing that in current times/situations. The systems:psychodynamic approach to organisations incorporates three overlapping frameworks: systems thinking, group behaviour and psychoanalytic theory. The outcome is a powerful combination, whereby clients gain a depth of understanding that gets to the heart of a situation. Roles are complex and in this time of crisis coupled with unprecedented change, roles and the way we work has changed overnight for many. What we want from leaders had already evolved over the decades, but now in this global crisis we see the trend of demanding certainty from them, when in fact there are no clear facts. Leaders face a great challenge to remain sufficiently agile to build the new normal, while also trying to contain the anxieties of their team and leading with clarity and direction. All the time they do this, they must manage their own response to the world change. ORA – Organisation Role Analysis gives the space to think, and so consider what is really going on to determine a realistic way forward. Our consultancy session is a space for you that is  strictly confidential and never recorded. This is important to point out to all, but also for high profile clients whose role has sensitivities or is of public interest about the help they need. I keep updated by attending internation conferences as well as Tavistock Alumni. I am member or International Society for the Psychoanalytic study of Organisations (ISPSO) I recently attended a two day virtual event with NIODA - National Institute for Organisation Dynamics Australia I undertake regular supervision with a psychoanalyst who is trained in this approach.

Our monthly content house is a creator's paradise, with a wardrobe and an onsite makeup artist, it can't get any easier. At the content house, you will have an appointed content concierge, who will be assisting you with all your personal content on your device. ( Camera or Phone). Our highly trained staff will be helping you with wardrobe changes, making sure you're hydrated ( we give you lots of water) making content is a workout ;)

And will be personally assisting you throughout the day, ensuring a VIP experience.

At the content house, our goal is to unite like-minded, powerful creators. You do not need to collaborate at any time with any other creator, we leave that up to your discretion.

Shini Niyas is passionate coach trained and mentored under Dr. Abdussalam Omar. She is a certified professional coach and NLP Practitioner from American Board of NLP. As a post-graduate in engineering, she has served AWH college of engineering and IHRD college of applied sciences as lecturer before she voluntarily retires to join her passion as a personal and family coach. 

Every case handled by Coach Shini will be discussed and cross consulted with Dr. Omar as and when needed.

Reshma Basheer is a seasoned certified Leadership coach, NLP Practitioner and Emotional Intelligence Coach mentored by Dr. Abdussalam Omar.  She is the Co-Founder of Bravo Personal Excellence. Currently, she holds the position of Executive Office Manager at EFS Logistics, residing in Dubai.

Reshma is a dedicated life coach with a keen passion for empowering individuals to unlock their untapped potential. Specializing in guiding clients through personal and family challenges, her holistic coaching approach emphasizes self-discovery, self-love, and spiritual growth.

A 55 minute, face-to-face counselling session for individuals. Sessions are client-centred, meaning that your concerns are considered a priority and the work we do will be tailored to your needs. Initial sessions will usually focus on understanding who you are and what areas of concern you want to work on. If you are a new client, I invite you to book in for an Individual Introductory Session, which is a shorter, discounted session where you can decide how comfortable you feel talking with me. If you expect that you will need multiple sessions, please take a look at the discounted packages at the top of this page. The Individual Explore package is designed for people who know they will need a number of sessions over time. The Individual Deep Dive is designed for those who will need more frequent sessions over a short period of time.

Initial sessions will usually focus on understanding each of you as individuals, how your relationship has developed over time and the current patterns and concerns your have about your relationship. If you are new clients, I invite you to book in for our Relationship Introduction Package. This allows for shorter, discounted sessions where I can meet with each of you individually and then together so we can create a plan for moving forward that feels comfortable for all parties. If you expect that you will need multiple sessions, please take a look at the discounted packages at the top of this page. The Relationship Focus package can be helpful for those wanting more frequent (weekly) sessions, while the Relationship Commit package is designed for those wanting regular sessions over a longer period of time. I am happy to work with all types of relationships. Counselling is not limited to married couples. I work with members of the LGBTIQA community, relationships which include ethical non-monogamy and relationships with more than two participants.

An introduction to relationship counselling, this package gives you the opportunity to meet individually with your counsellor for a shorter, 30 minute session to discuss your expectations before meeting altogether for 30 minutes to determine joint goals for counselling. Altogether, this package provides for two 30 minute individual sessions followed by one 30 minute relationship session. Where there are more than 2 members of a relationship, please let me know on initial contact so that we can accommodate you (usually without extra cost). Please note: You will be asked to book in the first individual session. Subsequent sessions will be booked during this initial session, or organised by phone if that is more convenient.
