This class offers more difficult transformations in movements/ choreography. If you have an easy time remembering eight counts & got what it takes for a difficult challenge, this class is for you.

Sessions held at the Moggill Uniting Church hall (in the brown main building, address: 3451 Moggill Rd, Moggill 4070).50 mins session includes: - 45 minutes dancing (general warm up to start with, then dancing in different styles), - 5 mins stretching at the end.

Pole dance er for alle! Både gutter og jenter! Det er både utfordrende, frustrerende og slitsomt på samme tid, men det er heller ikke noe som er morsommere enn å få til sitt første spin, eller triks! Vi lover deg god stemning, et avslappet og inkluderende miljø hvor alle skal føle mestring og fremgang. Det anbefales tettsittende shorts sånn at du får bedre grep når du skal klatre på stangen, men tights kan også brukes.
