During the first session, the learning coach will ask the student a series of questions to understand the student’s largest challenges academically and will begin helping the student chart a game plan for success. Thereafter the sessions will focus on what the student says are immediate needs, such as studying for a particular type of test, taking notes in class, reading a difficult textbook, staying motivated, and/or juggling all that needs to be done in a do-able time management plan.

It will last approximately 30 minutes and during this time you will be presented with a range of questions about your suitability for the post, with a particular emphasis on your values and how they align with what we stand for as a business. 

You should also be prepared to answer some questions relating to the products and services supplied by HFE, how you would ‘add value’ to our delivery. You may therefore want to conduct some independent research in this area in preparation for your interview.
