In this 2 day class, students will learn to use hands, feet, knees, and elbows to bring the ultimate bodywork experience to your practice. We focus on kinetic chains and how to promote balance through movement, ROM, compression, and detailed client communication with in a session.

CITB SSSTS (Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme) 2 Day CourseOverviewThis two day SSSTS training course is intended for those who have, or are about to acquire, supervisory responsibilities. Through completing the course supervisors will be provided with an ability to understand health, safety, welfare and environmental issues, as well as their legal responsibilities relevant to their work activities. In order to obtain the qualification delegates MUST attend all days of their chosen course.The SMSTS certificate is valid for 5 years, after which time candidates must sit the SMSTS Refresher course in order to renew their SMSTS certificationThe SMSTS course covers all relevant legislation and other aspects which affect safe working in the building, construction and civil engineering industries.
