Ukulele lessons are offered at the beginner through intermediate levels. If you’re a fan of America’s Got Talent winner Grace Vanderwaal or are simply intrigued by the island sound of this instrument we can help you get off your feet and on the path to enjoying playing the ukulele. This is also a fantastic instrument to begin learning on for younger students who would like to eventually play the guitar. Ukuleles are smaller instruments perfect for smaller bodies and the basics you learn will translate directly to the guitar even if the chords are not exactly the same (although many are very similar!) Must have your own ukulele to bring to lessons.

Piano lessons are offered at the beginner and advanced beginner levels currently. If you’ve taken lessons for 1 year or less these lessons are for you with some exceptions for those who have played longer. We will get you headed down the right path with posture, hand position, music reading, and everything you will need to continue into more advanced levels of playing in the future. Students should have an instrument to practice on at home (electronic or acoustic piano).

In der heutigen Ernährung haben wir meistens einen starken Überschuss an entzündungsfördernden Omega-6-Fettsäuren und einen Mangel an entzündungshemmenden Omega-3-Fettsäuren.Die Omega-3-Fettsäuren EPA und DHA senken den Blutdruck, verbessern die kognitive Funktion, wirken entzündungshemmend und schmerzlindernd und reduzieren das Risiko für ganz verschiedene Erkrankungen.Bevor sich die Ernährungsgewohnheiten so stark verändert haben und die Menschen einen hohen Anteil an industriell veränderten Lebensmitteln gegessen haben, war es normal, dass man ein Verhältnis von Omega-6 zu Omega-3 von 1:1 im Körper hatte. Wenn man heute Messungen dazu durchführt, liegt das Verhältnis im Durchschnitt bei 15:1, also deutlich mehr Omega-6 als Omega-3. Omega-3 kommt in Form der hochwertigen Fettsäuren EPA und DHA ausschließlich in maritimen Quellen vor, also in Mikroalgen und Fischen. Die Vorstufen kommen zum Beispiel in Nüssen und Samen und in Leinöl vor, können daraus aber nur zu 1-10% zu EPA und DHA umgewandelt werden. Nach dem Termin erhalten Sie innerhalb weniger Tage per e-Mail einen ausführlichen Befund, der Ihnen das Ergebnis erläutert.
