Our screen can cater for an audience of 200-400people max

For businesses only : pubs, clubs, public screenings.

You will need to obtain a Screening Licence for any public event (ticketed or not) in order to shoz the movie and use its visuals for promotion purposes. We can organise this licence on your behalf. 

For a free public screening, film distributors usually charge around AUD$300 to AUD$400 (ex GST) per screening. For a ticketed public screenings, film distributors usually charge 20% or 30% of entry fees

Deposit

Deposits can be paid by Cash or Check. If paid by check, please use a separate check to pay for rental fees. There is a $35.00 deposit that must be paid for any event. Please turn this portion of the Rental Agreement in at the register at the Plainfield Co-op with the total rent and deposit due. No event can be booked without rent and deposit paid.

This package includes 1 of our handmade Teepee's as well as mattresses, pillows and blankets. To book more Teepee's for your party, once you have chosen your preferred date and set up time you will be taken to the next page where you will find an option to add extra Teepee's.
