This free 30 minute phone consultation will allow restaurant owners to discuss and review current issues. This is the first step in accomplishing  target focus and goals. 

The Server Training Program is designed to assist serving staff step-by-step procedures to create a welcoming and inviting environment to better the guest’s dining experience. This program is a 2 hour interactive course. Week 1-3 will consist of weekly check ups with management.
