Hire one of our four spaces. We've got two well-equipped, modern studios, a professional meeting room, and some hot-desk space in our office for you to come along and use.Host rehearsals, hold events, run classes, use our historic building for filming. The Centre for Movement is happy to accommodate whatever you may need.Every hire comes with access to our kitchen facilities including fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster, and free WiFi throughout the building.Below are our rates for each space. Band 1 applies to commercial entities, Band 2 to profit-making organisations, and Band 3 to independent artists. The rates for our hot desk spaces and equipment hire are discussed on application. During this event residents will have a sweet time creating a Philly Sweet Box.Baked goods and pastries from 2 different Reading Terminal bakeries. Vegan & Non-Vegan Options.Coffee from a Philadelphia based coffee brewery company.Fruit from Iovine Brothers Produce.This is a great event for morning grab and go or for Valentine's Week.Residents can enjoy their sweet boxes and coffee in the lounge or on the go for a love filled breakfast.All sweets and coffee are free for residents! Residents will also gain knowledge about the Philadelphia based companies and discounts. This event is for 30 residents max. 

Adding The Zen Building's candle making class to your event or as an activity for your apartment community is always a Zen filled experience.Attendees will receive knowledge on candle making, make an 4oz candle while enjoying wine and refreshments.
