Renting our Lobby & Front area gives you access to 1,400 square feet of prime Livingston venue space.  The Lobby offers men's and women's restrooms and bench seating at the top of the entrance staircase, the Front space provides sunny windows and vintage western-feel bar space. Renting this venue also includes access to the bar sink and small refrigerator.  When you book this space you will have access to the space for a period of 12 hours, typically 10am to 10pm (somewhat flexible).  All set up and breakdown must be completed during this window.  Early deliveries or late pick ups will not be permitted without written consent from the Blue Door Gallery Event Space.  We look forward to working with you to host a spectacular event!  My clicking on "Book Now" you will still have an opportunity to make changes until an Event Coordinator has contacted you about your rental needs.

We are pleased to offer bicycle reservations for our residents at Abberly Riverwalk.  Please understand that we have limited number of bicycles for reservations.  Reservations are for residents only.  Damage or failure to return a bicycle at the end of your reservation will result in a $1000 replacement fee.  Residents are responsible for their guests as well.
