Thursdays at 10am, this 60-minute class focuses on vinyasa flow and restorative/yin yoga. Use this time on your mat to connect with your body, breath and baby. Suitable for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawlers.

Taught by Dahvia Dalton, a certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher specializing in Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga. For over 10 years she has taught yoga to adults, kids and families as well as coordinated wellness workshops for the community.
