Bei diesem Kurs sind absolut keine Vorkenntnisse notwendig. Im Fokus steht das Erlernen der Grundtechniken. Wir arbeiten mit dir an deiner Ballkontrolle und das Einschätzen von Flugkurven spielt eine wichtige Rolle.

Test your aerobic fitness like the Pros! This test is a maximal test to determine your ceiling fitness level. It is conducted in progressive stages to exhaustion (easy to really hard) with measurements of your heart rate (HR), blood lactate, power and RPE (ratings of perceived exertion) taken and used to determine your aerobic capacity (VO2max), FTP power and your specific HR and Power training zones. Your results are also compared to pros and others so you can see what your ranking is in your sport, In addition, a full body composition assessment is performed including measures of your body fat. Definitely a good investment for any athlete who trains regularly and wants to have an accurate measure of their current fitness level.

Mon 10.00am or Wed 10.30am: Our 60minute Pilates class is great for all ages and abilities.

You MUST pre-book to attend Pilates.

This is a low-impact workout which uses controlled, repetitive movements to build muscular endurance, stability and improved posture.

Tue 10.30am: A low impact, no-contact 45minute aerobic class using boxing techniques and movement to help improve cognitive functions, balance, coordination and cardiovascular fitness.

This class is ideal for those older adults who wish to see the benefits to everyday life this can be, as well as physical, it will support mental wellbeing through the social and fun elements of group activities.

Tue 11.30am: This is a 45min group exercise class for all adults regardless of age and ability.

Active Gold is a medium level impact class aimed to improve strength, balance, coordination in a safe friendly circuit style format. Small hand held weights, resistence bands, swiss ball and cardio activities make this a fun light workout.

The class is adaptive with chairs available to help balance if required.
