This class focuses on cardio and body weight training, with an emphasis on abs and legs. This class is acceptable for all skill levels. You are sure to sweat while building stamina and muscle. Strengthen your core and feel the burn in those legs.

Total body combines cardio and weight training. This class is recommended for clients with a little more confidence and comfort in their abilities. Along with cardio, weights will be incorporated to really activate those muscles throughout your body. Combining stabilization, weight training, and cardio will increase muscle endurance to the max.

Come in for a 30-minute intense ab workout. All exercises in this class will focus on targeting the core. Your core is like the powerhouse. A strong core can improve posture, stabilization, and help with back pain.

Its Twerk O'Clock! Come in and shake off any stress and learn your favorite booty shaking moves. It is all about having fun and getting loose! To prevent injuries, it is important to start each class with a warm up and conditioning and end with a cool down. During the beginning classes you may learn: 360 or pirouette spin, Half Spin, Basic Spin, Cross Ankle Spin, Martini Spin, Firema Spin, Front Hook, Reverse Hook, Heel Attitude , Cradle , Chair, Fan Kick, Ballerina, Diamond, Static Hold, Helicopter Make sure you do not wear any jewelry, oils or lotions on your skin. You will learn how to combine different spins and swings using the floor and the pole.

Azie’s yoga journey began relatively late at 40 but soon found it made her feel 20. Since completing her RYT200, Azie’s been sharing her infectious age-defying energy teaching Hatha classes, which she likes to keep light-hearted.

This class focuses on enhancing the range of motion of your joint systems through slow, deep-released yoga movements and deep breathing. In each soft yoga transitions we will work on increasing blood flow to specific areas of the body, which helps to improve your flexibility, posture and balance. Join the class to unknot those muscles you forgot you had and you will leave feeling relieved and relaxed at the same time.
