Massage OptionsCustom Massage – During your intake process and initial evaluation, your massage therapist will be able to assess what would be the best massage for your needs and blend all massage types and different techniques to address your specific needs.
Deep Tissue Massage - Involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (the connective tissue surrounding muscles) and targets tension areas. It is mostly used for chronic aches and pain on contracted areas such as a stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Swedish Massage – Is the most common type of massage, and it involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on the most superficial muscle layers. Because of the light pressure used, it is considered a relaxation massage, but its benefits go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve both circulation and flexibility.
Sport Massage (stretching) – Like the Deep Tissue Massage, it uses a firm pressure, focusing on muscles and connective tissue deep within the body, but your therapist will incorporate assisted stretching and the session can be focused on a specific area of the body.

The art of Ayurvedic Foot (Padabhyanga) Massage includes a combination of various Swedish massage techniques with the use of warmed oils. Kasa bowl work to stimulate the Marma (acupressure) points of the feet, hot towel treatment to end. According to Ayurveda and Reflexology, massaging the feet is akin to massaging the entire body. In addition to encouraging detoxification and restoring the body's energy, this massage helps to promote circulation, a healthy nervous system and restorative sleep. 

This massage is done with the client resting on the table, fully clothed.

Note: This part of your session will begin with the therapist, first adjusting the heat on the table to your comfort level and adjusting the bolster under your knees or ankles comfortably. 

At the end of your Timeless Path with me of 2.5 hours (aprox.),  I will then leave the room to allow you to redress for aprox. 5 minutes. 

Note: Upon redressing, I ask that you open the door to let me know I may re-enter.

Your Path Renewed begins, as  together, you and I will discuss the outcome of the session and I will answer any questions you may have. 

Post Plan, The last 5 min. of our time, 

I will make recommendations for your Path renewed from this point and until the time of your next session, to ensure you have ongoing support. knowledge and tools to continue and progress along your Path Renewed.

To conclude,  we will plan your next session goals and book your next session. 

Total Session Time - 3 hrs. or 180 min.  

10 min. -  Pre-consult/ Foot bath 5 min.  -  Dis-robe for Session 2.5 Hr.  - Session- ( aprox. with 5 min. buffer, including your choice of medium, modality and enhancement.) 5 min.  -  Redress 5 min.  -  Post Plan - (for in between session and next session, schedule next session, $20 savings per session, member enrollment to apply savings to next session booked if elected.  

How much Time should I plan to allow for my Session and how can I best prepare for my Session? 

(please see the above breakdown and total session time to allow your self enough time for this session.)

Do's & Dont's 

* Do Fill out the intake form and Consent to treat, when booking your session online. 

* Do Wear comfortable, loose clothing that is easy to undress and redress before and after session. 

* Do  Remove all jewelry

* Do Remove makeup and use a hair tie that will loosely keep your hair back. 

* Do Drink a moderate amount of warm tea or Room temp. water 

* Do use the restroom prior to your arrival or before your appointment time begins. 

* Do turn off your cell phone and electronics prior to your session. 

* Do Listen to relaxing music such as Mediation or Spa music to help clear your mind and relax your Central Nervous System. 

* Do take a warm shower or bath will relax and warm your muscles 

* Don't eat right before your session but don't be hungry. Optimally, eating about 2 to 3 hours before your session is best. 

* Don't consume alcohol or any substance that can effect your blood pressure adversely. 

* Don't take insulin or other altering medications right before or right after your session. If possible, try to plan your medication at a good time before your session but knowing you will be in Session for aprox. 3 hrs.
