Using a jade or rose quartz tool and nourishing facial oil, Facial Gua Sha is performed on the neck and face with a light to medium pressure, improving the health of the skin and tissues. Facial Gua Sha helps to detoxify the face by promoting circulation of blood and lymph, it allows the release of muscle tension, has a sculpting & contouring effect on the tissues, and makes the skin look more radiant. This service is provided to all first time patients free of charge.  This allows each patient to come in, discuss treatment goals, and ensure their treatment provider is a good fit for their needs.

Every session is tailored to fit each patient's clinical needs. Within the first 3-4 sessions, we will create a specific treatment plan, to ensure we are effectively identifying, addressing and assessing your clinical goals. Together you will work with your therapist to decide on which treatment modality is the best fit for your needs.

Collaboration amongst treatment providers can be a critical part of a patient's treatment.  This option allows your provider to schedule a time to discuss your treatment in-depth with your therapist.

As with each session I start off with what you know about Reiki and your expectations for the session. I will have you fill out client paperwork and talk briefly about your general health and lifestyle. After that we will do a quick meditation and set our intention for the session.

Reiki with Crystal Healing. Crystals have very powerful healing properties and when paired with Reiki, energy from the universe the healing is that much more powerful. I wear crystals every day, I have an amethyst ring (promotes healing from addiction), I also have an amethyst chunk by my bed along with Clear Quartz which has the most powerful healing properties.
