This consult allows us to get acquainted and for me to gather some preliminary health information from you.  We'll talk about your needs and goals, I can answer any questions you have about the program.

After we've had our Pre-Assessment, I will email you a welcome letter, my intake/consent form and food record forms. These forms will need to be returned by email prior to our initial consultation. This gives me time to review the forms and helps to maximize our time together. If you have recent blood tests or other lab reports, you may email them to me also.

During our follow-up sessions we'll meet to review your progress, keep you moving forward, and make any necessary changes to your eating plan.  More importantly, we discuss your eating behaviors and the circumstances that lead to unhealthy eating. I'll coach and guide you to take the next steps you need to achieve your particular goals.  We will also address any questions you have or challenges you are encountering.

Séance Développement Personnel

ATTENTION : Uniquement pour ceux qui ont déjà pris la séance « RDV Première fois » (Séance gratuite) pour définir des objectifs

Clarification des Objectifs :
Durant la première partie de la séance, tu identifieras et clarifieras tes objectifs personnels ou professionnels.

Planification d'Action :
En collaboration avec Valentin, tu élaboreras un plan d'action réaliste et réalisable pour atteindre ses objectifs.

Discussion Guidée :
Valentin posera des questions stimulantes pour guider ta réflexion sur tes aspirations, tes forces et tes domaines d'amélioration.

Exercices Ciblés :
Des exercices spécifiques, adaptés à la durée limitée, peuvent être utilisés pour encourager la réflexion et la prise de conscience.

Feedback Constructif :
Valentin fournira un feedback constructif basé sur l'échange et l'exploration des idées.

Récapitulation :
La séance se terminera par un récapitulatif des points discutés et des actions convenues.

Ressources : 
Valentin peut recommander des ressources supplémentaires, des lectures ou des exercices à faire entre les séances.

Engagement Continu : 
Valentin t'encourage à maintenir l'engagement envers ses objectifs et à intégrer les apprentissages de la séance dans sa vie quotidienne.

Note : Étant donné la brièveté d'une séance d'une heure, la concentration sera mise sur des aspects spécifiques et des actions tangibles. Once we have that part nailed (or if it is already clear in your mind) we will start creating your life map of what works and what doesn’t work for you (this is a lifetime pursuit and not something that is ever ‘done’). Throughout this process you will be making changes in your external reality to support and aid your inner transformation.
