I am able to communicate with the many aspects of Spirit by seeing, hearing, and feeling them. By using a Tarot or Oracle deck I am able to anchor and focus the energy to gain more detailed information. You are also able to ask a question and receive very detailed information.

If you are in need to connect to the Higher Divine Beings that are constantly around us, then this is the session for you. Some times our Soul needs to have a "pick-me-up". Feeling frustrated with your weight or chronic fatigue? Have you tried a bunch of different things with no or little success? Then this might be the program for you. I'll assess your current health status using a series of in-depth questionnaires to get clear on your biggest health concerns, what may be causing them, and where your biggest healing opportunities are to restore balance to your body. We'll then work together, and I'll guide you on how to implement a few strategies to best support you in getting the results you want, based on your own health struggles. I'll provide custom recommendations regarding diet, sleep, lifestyle, movement, and proper supplementation to help you achieve your ideal weight and improve your energy levels.

This is a follow-up appointment to the Initial Consultation. We will go over your food journal , and I will make a few recommendations as to any adjustments to improve your body composition and energy levels. We will discuss how to implement those recommendations in order to set you up for success! I will also do a follow-up muscle response test to see how your body is responding to the previously recommended protocol and make any necessary adjustment based on your individual needs. 

This is a WELCOME BACK appointment! You and I will discuss what's been going on in your life and health since your last visit. Which symptoms are better, which ones are worse, any new health issues, etc. We'll then discuss some lifestyle adjustments that you can make that will get you back on track to optimum wellness. I also do a new MRT to see if there is any stress on any of the organ systems, and any supplements you may want to add in to bring you back into balance. 

This is an opportunity to interview and ask any questions prior to setting up counseling services.

Donation pick-ups directly from the donor's location are currently scheduled twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesday's of the month. We have a limited number of pick-ups that we can schedule on any particular day - the number of which will fluctuate depending on the size and location of existing scheduled pick-ups. We may have to delay scheduling new pick-ups during periods when our Furniture Ministry warehouse is at full capacity.

This is our most flexible option for scheduling donations to our Furniture Ministry. If you have the ability to drop off your donation directly to our warehouse we are able to offer more flexible time options for that exchange. You will still need to contact our office to make sure that someone will be available to meet you at the warehouse at your preferred time, but we will do everything we can to accommodate you for a time that works for you.

Clients receiving furniture must pick up their furniture directly from our warehouse. At this time we DO NOT provide delivery service. Appointments are currently scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Client appointments are LIMITED to ONE HOUR blocks of time. We must hold clients to those limits to allow the same opportunities to all of our Furniture Ministry clients in need.Clients must have a truck large enough to accommodate all of their furniture needs in one load and must have help with them to assist in loading their items onto the truck. Due to the necessary paperwork and inventory tracking of outgoing items, our warehouse staff is unable to assist in loading furniture items.Clients with open-ended trucks should also bring rope and tie-downs to secure any furniture loads before departing the warehouse. If rope is available at the warehouse, clients may make use of it provided that they make arrangements to return it to our office at Holy Angels church upon unloading their items. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE NUMBER OF CLIENT APPOINTMENTS ON ANY GIVEN DAY CATHOLIC CHARITIES CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF ROPE OR TIE-DOWNS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you have it available, please bring it with you.Catholic Charities is not responsible for and cannot replace any items which are lost or damaged in transit due to client's failure to secure the load, nor is Catholic Charities responsible or liable for any traffic citations or other violations received by clients should their load spill onto the public roadway during transit.

Childcare provision for 1 child is $10 an hour. Please be able to provide me the money upfront from calculations previews, etc. 

Childcare provision for more than 1 child, For 15 dollars an hour. Pay is in person so please be prepared and professional. If you're planning for me to Provide childcare for your child please calculate the time and hours, so there's no time consuming. Remember fast and easy.
