AEMC offers QuickBooks™ training tutorials for the small business owner who needs to know the best way to manage their company's finances on their own. Staff training is also available. A signed engagement letter and a deposit is required prior to booking this service. If you haven't done so already, please give us a call before booking your appointment for this service.

We're not always available when you call, so in an effort to ensure we connect with you to assist you with your matters, please use the phone conference selection, particularly during our tax busy season (January - April). This option allows us to carve out a special time that works for the both of us so that you can have our undivided attention when you need us. New clients seeking to speak with our CPA or other professionals, to gain more insight about a particular service may also use this option. Once scheduled, we will look forward to your call at the selected time. Donation pick-ups directly from the donor's location are currently scheduled twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesday's of the month. We have a limited number of pick-ups that we can schedule on any particular day - the number of which will fluctuate depending on the size and location of existing scheduled pick-ups. We may have to delay scheduling new pick-ups during periods when our Furniture Ministry warehouse is at full capacity.

This is our most flexible option for scheduling donations to our Furniture Ministry. If you have the ability to drop off your donation directly to our warehouse we are able to offer more flexible time options for that exchange. You will still need to contact our office to make sure that someone will be available to meet you at the warehouse at your preferred time, but we will do everything we can to accommodate you for a time that works for you.

Clients receiving furniture must pick up their furniture directly from our warehouse. At this time we DO NOT provide delivery service. Appointments are currently scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Client appointments are LIMITED to ONE HOUR blocks of time. We must hold clients to those limits to allow the same opportunities to all of our Furniture Ministry clients in need.Clients must have a truck large enough to accommodate all of their furniture needs in one load and must have help with them to assist in loading their items onto the truck. Due to the necessary paperwork and inventory tracking of outgoing items, our warehouse staff is unable to assist in loading furniture items.Clients with open-ended trucks should also bring rope and tie-downs to secure any furniture loads before departing the warehouse. If rope is available at the warehouse, clients may make use of it provided that they make arrangements to return it to our office at Holy Angels church upon unloading their items. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE NUMBER OF CLIENT APPOINTMENTS ON ANY GIVEN DAY CATHOLIC CHARITIES CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF ROPE OR TIE-DOWNS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
