As a multi-lingual leadership consultant, facilitator and coach, Fiona has over 20 years of international experience in designing and delivering learning and development solutions. ​ Fiona moved to Barcelona in 2008, where she worked locally and internationally as a freelancer trainer and coach for 13 years. Fiona draws on her strong cross-communication and interpersonal skills to quickly develop rapport with people and design and facilitate. Leadership programmes in French and Spanish. If you are currently struggling to understand your dog's behaviour issue and feel at a loss as to how you can help your beloved family member, then Free Will Teaching can change the dynamics of your understanding and relationship! Perhaps you have already tried to help your dog with other behaviourists and you feel let down. I understand this feeling as I have previously struggled with conventional methods before I discovered Free Will Teaching! FWT is drastically different from training, in fact it offers no training methods whatsoever! I won't overwhelm you with training schedules, ratios or any repetitive tasks to practice because that isn't how this works. Instead I will explain your dog's behaviour so you will gain knowledge and understanding of your dog's perspective. Once this is understood we will then go into detail about what you can do to help your dog overcome their issues. I don't need to see your dog's behaviour and I do not promote putting dogs into situations they can't deal with to see how they react. Everything I teach comes from established psychology and the founder of FWT Kathie Gregory. I work from understanding the dog's mind and I can do this by asking  you the right questions and gathering as much information that is relevant. For more complex issues it may be helpful to see recorded footage, and if you do have any recordings then you can send these to me, but these are not essential. Working with me virtually means that I can support you along this exciting journey. Struggling with your dogs behaviour can be incredibly emotional, draining and exhausting. Often owners come to me after they have reached breaking point and in most cases I have been lucky enough to have been able to help them turn their lives around. Where conventional methods may have failed you and your dog, it may be time to try something different or learn FWT straight away before trying conventional methods. Using FWT means that we don't use conditioning, repetitive training tasks, luring or bribing with rewards, or any use of punishments. Once You have had your consultation, it is recommended that you have a follow up session 2-4 weeks after you start making the changes recommended to you within the consultation. It is how we live our life with our dogs. The guiding principle is to give dogs the free will to live the life they want to live. However, free will is not just leaving your dog to do what he wants, when he wants, that would result in chaos! The secret to clothing that fits perfectly is measurements. I personally take the measurements of all my clients to ensure the right fit. Please ensure that you wear form fitting clothes and a bra that provides you with the best support to have your measurement taken.

When you invest in clothing, you are investing in your appearance. It is vital (for custom made clothing especially) that you do a fitting to ascertain if any nips or tucks are needed before your official debut.The body can be tricky at times and any weight loss or gain that occurs after taking your measurements will impact the final fit of the clothing. 

This is just in case the first fitting required extensive alterations, particularly in the case of fluctuating weight.

Donation pick-ups directly from the donor's location are currently scheduled twice a month on the second and fourth Wednesday's of the month. We have a limited number of pick-ups that we can schedule on any particular day - the number of which will fluctuate depending on the size and location of existing scheduled pick-ups. We may have to delay scheduling new pick-ups during periods when our Furniture Ministry warehouse is at full capacity.

This is our most flexible option for scheduling donations to our Furniture Ministry. If you have the ability to drop off your donation directly to our warehouse we are able to offer more flexible time options for that exchange. You will still need to contact our office to make sure that someone will be available to meet you at the warehouse at your preferred time, but we will do everything we can to accommodate you for a time that works for you.

Clients receiving furniture must pick up their furniture directly from our warehouse. At this time we DO NOT provide delivery service. Appointments are currently scheduled on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Client appointments are LIMITED to ONE HOUR blocks of time. We must hold clients to those limits to allow the same opportunities to all of our Furniture Ministry clients in need.Clients must have a truck large enough to accommodate all of their furniture needs in one load and must have help with them to assist in loading their items onto the truck. Due to the necessary paperwork and inventory tracking of outgoing items, our warehouse staff is unable to assist in loading furniture items.Clients with open-ended trucks should also bring rope and tie-downs to secure any furniture loads before departing the warehouse. If rope is available at the warehouse, clients may make use of it provided that they make arrangements to return it to our office at Holy Angels church upon unloading their items. HOWEVER, DUE TO THE NUMBER OF CLIENT APPOINTMENTS ON ANY GIVEN DAY CATHOLIC CHARITIES CANNOT GUARANTEE THE AVAILABILITY OF ROPE OR TIE-DOWNS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT.
