Together with your coach, you will co-create actionable steps that can help you to move forwards and become more authentic at work whilst learning how to integrate mentally healthy tools and techniques into your everyday life.How does it work? Sessions are held via Zoom and last 45 minutes. We actively encourage 'walk and talk' coaching to get away from the screen and out into the fresh air. Your coach will follow up with actionable next steps and this will be emailed to you so there is no need to worry about taking notes.  Why would I see a fifty50 coach? It offers a chance for you to pause, reflect and invest in yourself. You are free to bring to the table whatever is on your mind.
