Group Training SessionsOur Group Training Sessions are designed for 3–6 athletes at a time, creating a competitive and energetic environment where players can improve together. These sessions focus on skill development, game-like drills, conditioning, and situational training while still allowing for individualized coaching and feedback.B.K.L Lethal Training will host pop-up group sessions throughout the month, giving athletes opportunities to train, compete, and grow alongside other motivated players. Group training is a great way to build confidence, sharpen skills, and develop a strong work ethic while learning the game in a team-focused setting.

One-Off 1-on-1 Training SessionOur One-Off 1-on-1 Training Session is perfect for athletes who need a single, focused workout without committing to a full training program. This session is ideal for players preparing for tryouts, tournaments, games, or special events who want to get extra work in and sharpen specific areas of their game.During this personalized session, athletes can focus on the skills they want to improve most—whether it’s shooting, ball handling, footwork, or game-specific situations—while receiving direct coaching and feedback through B.K.L Lethal Training.

Last-Minute 1-on-1 Training Session (Under 24-Hour Booking)Our Last-Minute 1-on-1 Training Session is designed for athletes who need quick, focused training with less than 24 hours notice. This option is perfect for players who have upcoming tryouts, tournaments, games, or events and want to get extra work in at the last minute.During this personalized session, athletes can focus on specific areas of their game, such as shooting, ball handling, footwork, or game situations, while receiving direct coaching and feedback through B.K.L Lethal Training. This session provides a fast opportunity to sharpen skills and build confidence right before competition.

The Kickstarter package:One month package -Two sessions a week Perfect for building endurance, improving fitness and technique.For beginners and intermediate Cyclones. 

One month Package:Twice a week (total of eight sessions)After school sessions.Concentrating on: Confidence and commitment improvement.

1h avec votre coach pour perfectionner votre technique, apprendre des exercices, revoir votre posture ou tout simplement sortir de votre zone de confort.

Débutant(e), vous venez de vous inscrire mais vous n'osez pas aller sur le plateau de peur de ne pas savoir utiliser les machines. Votre coach s'occupe de vous expliquer comment fonctionnent les appareils de musculation pendant 1h.
