1-2-1 PT Session

Location - NeoGym (NeoSpace), Riverside Drive, Aberdeen.

Duration - 1 Hour

Price - £35 (if you're a current client this price will be covered by your monthly payments)

Aimed at working on exercises you may need to improve on, making sure you are exercises with good form and also showing you both progressions / regressions for exercises. 

This could include an induction style session, running you through as many exercises or pieces of equipment you would like to use. These sessions can be as frequent or infrequent as you see fit. 1-2-1 PT sessions offer great guidance, support and accountability to help see you to your goals. Every session will be tailor made to your specific goals and abilities. 

If you are a current online client with Trek & Climb Fitness, Payment will be sent to you through the Trainerize app for the service. If you are not a current online client with Trek & Climb Fitness payment will be sent to you via Stripe. 

Terms & Conditions:

The session can only be on a 1-2-1 basis, no group sessions. All bookings have to be approved by myself and cannot be booked in under 48 hours before the start of the session. If you have not received a confirmation from myself, your booking will not have been confirmed. Please do not show up to the gym unless you have received your confirmation email. If there are any issues you can email or DM about your booking.If you have to cancel your booking please do so with at least a 12 hours notice. Anything under 12 hours can still be cancelled but will only be rebooked at my discretion. 
 The aim of this session is to help you move towards your goals, not to have you exhausted and burnt out. Within your confirmation email of your session you will be linked to two separate forms. A Trainer/Client Agreement and ParQ Form. These both must be filled out online before the session commences. If you are a recurring client you do not need to fill these out before every session. If you are a new client I'd advise filling these out straight away. If anything changes with your health or ability to workout, please let me know as soon as possible. 

This is a half hour video call for current clients to catch up with myself, talk about how you are getting on with your training and if you have any struggles or issues to discuss. 

Booking slots are 1 hour but will the calls will only need to 30-45mins maximum. These can be booked every month. 

Calls will be done over zoom and when you book in for your call, I will then set up and send out a zoom call invitation. 

Book in for your FREE 45 min consultation with Stuart at Trek & Climb Fitness. This can be a video call, phone call or in person located at NeoGym (Aberdeen). 

The aim of the consultation is to get to know each other a little better, find out what your goals are and how we can work towards them. This will also be a time where I can go over my services and a great opportunity for you ask any questions in regards to training / fitness. Consultations aren't compulsory to start training with Trek & Climb Fitness but they can help find out more information about your fitness goals.
