Our Strength Training service is designed to help individuals and athletes enhance their physical abilities and overall performance. Through a customized training program, we focus on building strength, increasing muscle mass, and improving power and endurance. Our experienced trainers utilize a combination of body weight, resistance training, and functional exercises to create a comprehensive and personalized workout plan. Whether you are looking to compete in sports or simply improve your fitness level, our Strength Training service will help you reach your goals and be your extraordinary. 

This is an ideal starter course covering the essential skills needed to use a pistol safely and accurately.

We offer personal training for all levels of fitness and age categories.  We work with you to get perfect form

and structure while you are performing different strength, cardiovascular, balance, and flexibility exercises.  We perform

a physical assessment with you before we start to see where you are starting from and then design workouts

based on your fitness and physical goals.  In some instances, you must be cleared by a physician to start any type of

physical training program and/or nutrition planning.  Ask us about our small group (2-3 people) training to learn in smaller

groups and help you save some money.

What is Reiki and is this suitable for you?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that takes a holistic approach to strengthen the body's energy shield (auras) and points (Chakras). It is believed that when there is a buildup of tension in certain parts of your energetic body, it can lead to feelings of fatigue, illness, depression, and overall dissatisfaction with your environment and life. Reiki energy is available to everyone and anyone can access it, but studying it will help to strengthen the access further. The term "Reiki" comes from the Japanese word meaning universal life force energy. The practitioner serves as a conduit for healing energy directed into the body or energy field of the recipient, with or without physical contact with the body.

In the 60-minute session, you will have nothing to do other than relax and rest. During the session, my hands will only touch your head, shoulder, knees and feet. 

-> Wear warm comfortable clothing

-> Bring water with you or have it before you come in

I do not need to know anything you go through at that moment, you are not inclined to share anything. But if you do, it is my responsibility as a therapist to keep it confidential and private.

This is for the Emotional and Metaphysical case study. 

If you like to become part of my studies to qualify as an Emotional and Metaphysical Kinesiologist you need:

* to be able to be available for a total of seven sessions.

* have an open mind to holistic healing techniques

* emk is quite therapeutic as you are dealing with past traumas and how these affect your body and misalignments in it.

Come join the magical hour of combined relaxation with solfeggio vibrational music and hands reiki. This is a Group session and will be held in the warm room. wear comfortable warm clothing, like tracksuits and warm socks. bring some water with you.

This will be a one on one, one on two, or one on three training session which will help you improve your Cardio and Conditioning. This class is designed to for beginners, Intermediate or higher.

We generally would be working on:

Strength: Increasing your upper-body, lower-body and core Strength

Conditioning: Body weight exercises and weighted exercises

Body sculpting: Working on shaping your body how you aesthetically ideally would like it to look

All 1on1 classes will be tailored to the individual and their needs

Each friend will cost £20 extra (first session free!)
