Enroll in Benefits for the 2021 plan year over the phone with a licensed Benefits Counselor that will call you on the date and time of your scheduled appointment. Please make sure to include your phone number, and email address when signing up. Please review your benefits being offered before your scheduled appointment.

This is a 60 minute session with transition time included. BCST is a non-invasive hands-on treatment for the whole body, especially the nervous system. Clients are fully clothed and can choose to receive the session sitting in a chair or laying down on massage table. More info about accessibility and how I practice BCST here.

This is a 1 on 1 nervous system 101 (or beyond, if desired). We'll talk about how to recognize when your autonomic nervous system is activated (and what that means), why it happens, and how to support your nervous system and feel more equipped for ups and downs. It's totally not necessary to share personal info, but you're welcome to, if you'd like more tailored and specific input.
