שיעורי יוגה ופילאטיס מועברים בידי מדריכות מוסמכות בעלות ניסיון רב. השיעורים מתקיימים על שפת אגם פארק ענבה למול קפה תרבות 443. הפעילות נעשית מתחת לציליות ובקרבה למתיזי מים ע"מ להנעים את החוויה. השיעורים מועברים בדרגות קושי משתנות ולכן מומלץ לבחון את הלו"ז לפני ביצוע ההזמנה.

Yoga and Pilates classes are offered by experiences and licensed instructors.  The classes take place lakeside at Part Anabe in front of the Cafe Tarbut 443. The area is shaded and new misters are being installed for added comfort.

Cours visant la découverte du golf pour les enfants de 5 à 10 ans. L'objectif est de leur faire découvrir le parcours de golf, d'essayer ce sport avec des bâtons d'apprentissage surdimensionnés et de s'amuser.

This class moves you through 26 traditional poses, with long holds, rather than flowing from pose to pose with the breath.  It is a full body sequence of postures for beginners to advanced practitioners. Postures promote strength and flexibility while fostering deeper levels of concentration.  Room will be warm.

Body Tune up uses The Roll Model Method which is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).
