The incorporation of a camera will take player visual and auditory feedback to new heights. A camera will be attached to a tripod and placed in an area of the pitch which allows for a suitable capture angle. The session will be recorded and stored on the device. Footage will then be transferred from the device onto a laptop whereby the footage will be edited to include the most relevant parts of the session. The footage will then be sent via WeTransfer to clients for session feedback and can be shared with family/friends to show them just how good you are!

Testavimas yra skirtas nustatyti: raumenų aktyvumą  ir pajėgumą (aktyvūs/pasyvūs raumenys); gebėjimą atlikti prigimtinius funkcinius judesius (stūmimas, traukimas, ėjimas); laikysenos pokyčius ir su tuo susijusius skausmus (stuburo, galvos, pečių, kelių, klubo sąnarių, raumenų) bei galimas rizikas (padidėję/sumažėję stuburo linkiai,  traumos, fizinio pajėgumo stoka,  širdies darbo pajėgumo stoka, viršsvoris ir kt.).   Po susitikimo el. paštu  gausite išvadas, rekomendacijas ir jei bus noro bei galimybių planuosime tolimesnį darbą konkretiems tikslams pasiekti. Gauti rezultatai, jei jie yra taisytini, dažniausiai yra pirmas tikslas jums ir treneriui, nuo ko pradėsite darbą kartu. Testavimas yra neintensyvus ir nereikalauja jokio fizinio pasirengimo.
