Elevation Athletic Performance is a conjugate method driven gym in SW MO area looking to change how athletes and general populations train and perform in all aspects of their career, and life.

Group lessons are for 2+ athletes working on tumbling/cheer skills Group rates for 2 athletes: 30 min. $50; 1 hr. $100 Each additional athlete is $10/30 min. **Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will still require payment** [unless sick]

Jumps: focus on improving technique, strength/flexibility, height and overall jump performance through drills, stretching and endurance repetition. Great for sideline and competitive cheerleaders. Fexibility: improve flexibility with stretches and drills focused on jumping OR flyer technique. $40/half hour $80/hour *Group rates available*

Workouts are held in a group setting, but are individually tailored and adjusted to fit your abilities and experience level. The workouts provide you with goals and instant feedback on how you are doing.

Reports of your ride are also generated and e-mailed after each class, along with files, so you can track your workouts and see success or improvements in multiple areas. Our on-site, Coaches, will help you understand and use this feedback to both motivate and help you get the most out of each session.

Our indoor cycling workouts provide a safe environment where you don’t have to worry about weather, traffic, dogs or potholes. You’re guaranteed to get a good workout and a great experience while you push yourself to new limits!

 During your assessment, we will do a consultation about your fitness and health goals, your current fitness level and nutrition, and establish a proper plan for success. We will also complete a brief fitness assessment, to evaluate levels of strength, form and endurance.
