Weekly Kandyan Sessions 7pm via Zoom suitable for all! The Kandyan-based workout sessions will be beneficial for all dancers to continue to improve your form and technique. Good form and technique ensures a dancer's longevity, prevent injuries, build strength and flexibility, and refine movement quality. All of which provide dancers with the ability to dance using correct body placement and alignment and beautiful lines!Kandyan Dancing is a great form of aerobic exercise since it works many muscles in the body.
