Activ8 is our aerobics based program. This Fun Indoor Training program is set to popular music and incorporates aerobic moves to improve cardiovascular fitness. The energetic movements allow students to expel energy while enjoying the gross-muscular movements. Older students can also have strength components incorporated into their sessions.

DanceFit is our dance program. It focuses on fun and fitness, with no ‘downtime’ learning choreography, the exercise session emphasises continual movement, where dances are built upon base movements. The choreography is layered to allow students to build more complex movements gradually, while also focussing on increasing cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.

Mindful Movement is our yoga-based program. It includes an age appropriate warm up, followed by a series of yoga flow poses incorporating strength, flexibility and balance. The movements are set to current popular music and led by a teacher.

IsoSmooth Hip Hop involves isolation movements that are fun and powerful, transitioning to smooth movements.

West Michigan guided fishing adventure Full Day (7-8 hours) for 1 to 2 anglers is $550 per boat. A 3rd angler is an additional $100. There is a $100 deposit to secure date per boat. Remaining balance and gratuity (tip) are due at the end of your trip. Trip usually begins early in the morning. Daylight may impact start and end times throughout the year Multiple boats and larger groups can be accommodated - please call or text 616-799-4375 for inquiry.Fishing instruction and all equipment are provided. Anglers are always welcome to bring personal fishing gear, if preferred.Beverages and snacks are also provided. Shore lunch is optional for an additional $50 for 1-2 anglers and $75 for 3 anglers. Please add in the comment box that you want a Shore Lunch.Must have valid Michigan state fishing license for day of guided trip. Online Michigan fishing licenses can be purchased here.

Pole F.I.T Beginners class is designed for individuals who have no experience or background in pole fitness. This class comprises an introduction to basic pole skills, including spins, climbs, floor work and transitions. Students will learn correct body alignment and technique, with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility. The class incorporates a full body workout to ensure a complete fitness experience. Come ready to challenge yourself in a welcoming and supportive environment. Pole F.I.T. | Inter - Adv. class is designed for pole fitness enthusiasts who have experience in pole choreography and pole technique. This class will focus on learning intermediate - advanced techniques in spins, inversions, climbs, transitions and combinations, as well as building strength, flexibility and endurance. Participants will gain confidence and master challenging pole moves in a supportive, empowering environment. Come and experience an intensive and exhilarating workout routine that will take your pole fitness to the next level.
