Active wear should be free of zippers, buttons, drawstrings and hoods for your safety and the protection of the silk. All jewelry should be removed before class.

Taking the strength and flexibility we have learned in Aerial Yoga to the next level by adding in transition movements and creating musicality. Every class we will be working on a new routine bringing art form to our aerial journey!
