Foundations Barre is a hybrid workout class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, strength training and stretching. This class is perfect for all levels - first timers through professional athletes. Barre helps to create strength, flexibility, balance, energy, and a positive, peaceful mind. **Please email Kate at kahuabarre@gmail.com before arriving to class if you have any current or prior physical limitations including injuries, surgeries, and pregnancy **

This is an express version of the Foundations Barre class lasting only 40 minutes so you can fit in an energizing workout during your lunch break. **THIS CLASS TAKES PLACE AT FUNCTIONAL FITNESS** 60 minute Foundation barre class combines key components from ballet, Pilates, yoga, and traditional strength training. Clients with good physical condition and that have taken 10 barre classes can also benefit from cardio rounds during class. This class is safe and effective for all fitness levels, during pregnancy, post partum, and those recovering from injuries/surgeries.

This class moves you through 26 traditional poses, with long holds, rather than flowing from pose to pose with the breath.  It is a full body sequence of postures for beginners to advanced practitioners. Postures promote strength and flexibility while fostering deeper levels of concentration.  Room will be warm.

Body Tune up uses The Roll Model Method which is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, CheckIn and ReCheck, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).

Explore the wonder of nature and the beauty of the outdoors with the freedom of a SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board).Beginners will receive on-land demonstration that teaches launching, paddling, how to stand and basic SUP safety procedures. All equipment is included in price, however we recommend bringing a PFD if you own one. Please contact us before reserving a board for children 8 and younger.

Your first session will include an initial assessment and goal orientated discussion, and subsequent sessions will be structured workouts with one-on-one instruction. Your workout plan will be closely monitored by Jolie to make sure you are making progress toward your goals.  

$55 per 0-60 min session 

$70 per 61-90 min session

Jolie will write a 4 week workout plan and send it to you to complete on your own. All custom workout plans include a 30 minute initial assessment so that Jolie can meet with you to discuss your goals and tailor your plan to help you reach them. Plans also include weekly progress check-ins.
