A gentle nourishing class for mums who need a break. This is a slow flowing practice to include breathwork, restorative poses and gentle movement to support your nervous system, moving away from fight or flight, bringing you into a place of calm. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, relaxed and ready for a great night sleep
