Le Soin énergétique aux Bols Tibétains est une thérapie individuelle qui utilise différents bols tibétains pour aider et soigner en complément des médecines conventionnelles modernes.

Ce soin vise à repérer les blocages physiques et émotionnels afin de rétablir un flux harmonieux dans tout le corps.

Les bols chantants sont constitués à partir d’un alliage de 7 métaux Fer, Plomb, Argent, Or, Etein, Cuivre et Mercure et ont des fréquences vibratoires différentes liés aux 7 Chakras majeurs du corps humains.

Lorsque le bols rentre en vibration dans notre corps, celui libère une énèrgie propre à la note et agit afin de réequilibrer le chakra concerné.

Du fait que nous sommes constitués d’environs 70% d’eau, les vibrations pénètrent dans notre système interne, nos muscles, nos fascias et visent donc à harmoniser et équilibrer notre énergie globale.

Le massage énergétique individuel, Karma Flow Sonore, s'adapte à vous, à la saison et à votre propre énergie du moment. Les séances se déroulent dans mon cabinet  à Bordeaux, les mercredis 14h-19h30 , les jeudis 14h-19h30 et les vendredis de 9h30 à 17h00.

La durée du soin est de 1h15, incluant un temps d'échange, au tarif de 70€.

Le paiement s'effectue sur place en espèces.

Bring your yogi practice to new heights!! Please wear form fitting long pants and long sleeves to assist in preventing silk burn on your skin. Active wear should be free of zippers, buttons, drawstrings and hoods for your safety and the protection of the silk. All jewelry should be removed before class.

Taking the strength and flexibility we have learned in Aerial Yoga to the next level by adding in transition movements and creating musicality. Every class we will be working on a new routine bringing art form to our aerial journey!

Restorative Aerial Yoga is a gentle, slow stretching and rehabilitative classes to help create space within the body.

Traditional Hatha Yoga including Yin poses - starting with Hatha Flow, this class moves on to Yin Yoga, holding poses for a longer period of time, providing deep stretching, meditation and relaxation. Ideal to calm your mind after an eventful week and to regenerate your body. Beginner friendly.

Le pratiche di Vinyāsa sono dinamiche altamente allenanti e contribuiscono alla stimolazione spontanea della mente. Aiutano forza, equilibrio, elasticità e spesso si trasformano anche in un buon allenamento cardio. Ogni pratica avrà un Sankalpa (intenzione/tema del giorno), aiuterà a staccare completamente dalla giornata e a dedicarti completamente a te stessə.

Un risveglio muscolare adatto a tutti. Un Vinyasa morbido e attivante che prepara fisico e mente ad affrontare la giornata al meglio.
