Private yoga lessons are beneficial for beginners to set roots toward a practice before going into a class setting, answer questions about your current practice and for those who want to rise their existing practice to the next level. Private instruction is available for Yoga & Meditation. I am happy to work with you to develop a program that fits your needs.

Ages 4-8 ( 30 minute session) This fun, inspirational class encourages a child's natural thirst for knowledge. In these imaginative classes, I combine simple yoga poses with engaging songs, candles and food that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while increasing flexibility. Class is 30 minutes.​Ages 9-15 ( 50  minute session)This class helps build strength and flexibility with more physically challenging poses and flowing movements. Your child can use this class to promote self-confidence, awareness and control. Different meditation exercises are used for overall balance and concentration, which can be applied toward everyday situations. Partner poses are emphasized as well as age appropriate yoga games. Class is 50 minutes. 

All large group yoga classes are inviting for all levels. Your 60 min session will be specific to your group. Each session will include mindfulness. movement, and meditation.
