“We’re Bringing The Picnic Back In Style.”
We’re just a couple of girls who have an obsession with curated designs, swoon over chef-inspired food, love bringing people together, collaborating with some bomb local businesses, and having a good time too!
We created Pop Up Picnics KC as a socially distanced solution to quarantine boredom. With an extra af twist. We specialize in styled, customized picnics- a luxury outdoor social experience.
Each of our picnics tells a story—a story of people, places, and exquisite food.
Don’t worry about a thing, boo! We take care of everything for you! From set-up to tear down and the fresh flowers too. Let’s not forget the feast of food, for we have grazing boards that’ll make you drool.

Our pop up picnics mini photo session is the perfect way to propose to the one you love!
It’s to capture a moment of celebration, or simply unique family photos! You will arrive at your very own beautifully styled private photo session, which will include assorted pillows, and rugs, decorations, standing lanterns, and a photographer just for you.
If you have a special location let us know! All pop up picnic mini photo sessions are 30-45 mins and include up to 25 raw and photoshopped images. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your edited photos. Photo delivered via Dropbox.
Must book picnic 7-10 days in advance for planning purposes!

We charge a design fee starting at $750 for smaller events, along with a 10% fee on top of any vendors we book. Additionally, we offer our rentals available to you at a discounted rate, along with our picnic, balloon, and charcuterie services. We require a minimum budget of $2,000 and recommend a spend of at least $100/guest.
What Do I Get?Our event planning services come with all of your luxurious and unique immersive party designs. We listen to your vision, design a cohesive event, and book all your vendors in combination with providing our own rentals and services. Our team brings the mind and the muscle. We take care of everything from design to setup and tear down.

Because our picnics are bougie AF!

Extended hire is $75 per additional hour thereafter.
