About the company
We help kids discover the joy in being active and the fulfillment of being kind! Our fun-filled classes are 50 minutes long and designed to strengthen bodies and hearts through physical activity, while developing strength of character through kindness in action. Classes focus on coordination, athletic conditioning, team building, and bodyweight strength and resistance training. At each session, kids can expect to be part of a culture where encouragement, friendship, and confidence is cultivated.Our team
