Class types + attendance 

There are beginner classes and an intermediate level.

Ideally classes are attended twice per week for significant changes but understanding your time constraints, you may be only be able to fit in one class. 

After a month you will see significant differences in your body. After 3 months you will have a much stronger body and after 6 months, a completely new body. 

Individual Profile and measures

You will have your own profile card which allows us to see exactly where your symptoms are and what changes need to take place. 

You can attend, free of charge for a gait analysis. This data allows me to record how your body moves now and then in 8 weeks time. You will also be able to see where your body needs strength (i.e. pelvis is weak and moves too much, making mid back stiff, therefore causing neck or low back pain) and then you will see the results of your training at the next testing. 

The reformer 

This is a bed that you sit or lie on that has a ‘carriage’ slides and glides.( In a rather comforting way). You control the movement with either your legs or your arms or both. There are different spring colours attached to the bed which are of varying resistance (you choose). 

To make it even more exciting there are pulleys that you place your feet or hands into. 

You can place your feet on the bar or within the pulleys to create movement of the carriage. 

Whilst you are sliding and gliding, you core muscles are being worked, the whole time. 

You will start on beginners movements and lower resistance. As you improve, the movements become more complex and the resistance increases. 

There’s always a look of curiosity at first glance of the machine. It will all make complete sense, we promise :)
