Welcome to Trick Nuts Pilates - based in Surbiton

Trick Nuts Pilates are currently providing online Zoom group and one-to-one mat Pilates classes for all levels! Sign yourself up for a class soon - limited spaces available per class.


Sarah Mead - Pilates Instructor

Sarah Mead is a Surbiton based, Level 3 Pilates Instructor and completed her training with YBFIT Training in Surrey. Offering group mat Pilates classes and one-to-one Pilates classes for all levels in the Surbiton area, with cheesy upbeat music!


Sarah discovered mat Pilates in 2004, then completed her teacher training in 2012, and was thrown in the deep end from the start - loving every single minute of it!


Also a fully qualified instructor of Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and Chair equipment with Lisa B Pilates Academy for Teachers, fully trained to teach Pregnancy and Post-Natal Pilates, and a Beginners pole fitness instructor with The Pole Studio.
