Sarah Guertin, MSW, LCSW
Sarah Guertin earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Arizona State University in 2006, and received her master’s degree in social work from ASU in 2008. Sarah has worked in the behavioral health field since 2010, focusing her clinical efforts on children, teens, families and adults. In 2018, Sarah earned her independent licensure status as an independent clinical social worker in Arizona.

D. Scott Herrmann, Ph.D., ABPP
Dr. Scott Herrmann is a licensed psychologist (Arizona & California), and is double board certified in Clinical Child / Adolescent Psychology and Police / Public Safety Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). He earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from UCLA, and his masters and doctoral degrees in counseling / counseling psychology from Arizona State University. He has completed specialized postdoctoral fellowship training in Clinical Child Psychology at Tripler Army Medical Center in Hawaii (APA Accredited) , and has completed specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA). Dr. Herrmann’s professional activities have encompassed work as a treating clinician, researcher and university teacher. He has held academic appointments with the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada), and Northern Arizona University, where his teaching and research have consistently focused on issues involving children, adolescents and families. Dr. Herrmann is a member of the American Psychological Association, the Arizona Psychological Association, and is credentialed by the National Register of Health Services Providers in Psychology.

Maryclaire Hillebrand earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and special education from Arizona State University in 2012, and thereafter received her master’s degree in school counseling from Northern Arizona University in 2021. Maryclaire has worked with children and teens in variety of settings for many years, including work as a middle school teacher and counseling intern within the Chandler Unified School District. In addition to teaching students, Maryclaire will also work as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) at Arizona Child Psychology, PLLC, beginning in the Fall of 2021.

This "S'mores & More" workshop is geared towards middle-school aged boys and girls ages 11, 12 and 13.
