Me Carolyne Desormiers was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2011. She obtained her law degree from the University of Montreal in 2009. Her practice focuses mainly on family law, youth protection and litigation. civil and commercial.

Me Azoulay has been a lawyer since 2015 and joined Goldwater Dubé in 2021, after having founded and worked in her own firm on the South Shore of Montreal for more than five years, where she represented several hundred clients.

Anne-France Goldwater is a Montreal constitutional and family attorney, and senior partner at Goldwater, Dubé, having founded the firm in 1981. She is a graduate of McGill University and was called to the Bar in 1981.

Me Audrey-Anne Laforme was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2016. She obtained her law degree from the University of Sherbooke in 2015 and joined Goldwater Dubé in 2022. She started to practice as a lawyer in a criminal law firm, before joining a boutique-firm in the West Island of Montreal where she was responsible for criminal and family files. She was then mandated with complex and highly contested files, allowing her to gain considerable experience in these fields. 

Marie Anne Martin obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université de Montréal in 2015. She successfully completed the Quebec Bar exams in 2016, articled under the supervision of Me Marie-Hélène Dubé and was called to the Bar that same year.

Ana Maria Zuluaga joined our team in 2016. Prior to joining us, Me Zuluaga was a partner at a boutique immigration and family law litigation practice, having worked there as early as her second year in law school and distinguishing herself as an ambitious litigator.

Gerald Stotland joined our firm in 2022 as an attorney of counsel. He has experience in both Quebec and Ontario, focusing on family law. In addition to his practice, he often provides legal support to other lawyers and accountants when they are facing family law matters that concern both business and personal financial planning.

Gerald is renowned both in and outside of Quebec for his strategic legal prowess and his ability to win high-profile cases. He is highly regarded among his peers and in the Quebec judicial system.

Me Sarah Ghaya is an associate at Goldwater, Dubé and joined the firm as an articling student under the supervision of Anne-France Goldwater in 2019. She is a member of both the Ontario Bar and the Quebec Bar.

Me Shannen Valente-Kent joined our firm in September 2021 as one of our junior associates after successfully completing the École du Barreau du Québec.

Me Marie-France Ouimet is a lawyer who obtained her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Montreal and graduated in 2014. Her practice focuses on litigation in youth protection, criminal law, custody, kidnapping, parental alienation, deprivation of parental authority, conflicts related to the exercise of parental authority, children’s rights, and third party access rights.

Me Natalie Shelkovsky joined our team in November 2022. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Ottawa in 2018 and became a member of the Quebec Bar in 2020. Natalie has accumulated a lot of experience in family law and litigation since the beginning of her career. 

Me Amina Joober joined the Goldwater, Dubé team in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, Me Joober worked at various mid-sized and national law firms honing her legal skills. Her experience is rich having represented a diverse clientele in family law, civil litigation, environmental law and youth protection.

Me Daniel Romano, a distinguished attorney with a rich background in entrepreneurship and social activism, started his professional journey after passing the New York Bar Exam in 1995. With broad international experience across business and political domains, he chose to apply his skills to law, specializing in representing clients in court, negotiations, and fighting for their rights. He joined Goldwater, Dubé in 2023 bringing a wealth of expertise in family law and international private law to our team. 

Me Emre Barak joined our team in 2023 as junior associate. He obtained his bachelor's degree in civil law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal in 2021 and completed his stage with Me Romano. He was called to the Bar in 2023.

Me Farah Ghilane is an associate at Goldwater, Dubé and joined the firm in 2023.

Me Véronique Jacques joined Goldwater, Dubé in 2023.

Me Emily Abud joined the firm through the Course aux stages as a law student in May 2022 and completed her articling with us in November 2023 under the supervision of Me Johanna Azoulay.

Me Daniella Cienfuegos is a lawyer at Goldwater, Dubé and first joined our team in February 2023 as an articling student under the supervision of Me Carolyne Desormiers.

Me Rachel Aoun joined the firm through the Course aux stages as a law student in March 2022 and completed her internship under the supervision of Me Stéphanie Herbert. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in February 2024, after earning her bachelor’s degree in civil law from the Faculty of Law at the University of Quebec in Montreal in December 2022 and passing the Quebec Bar exams in May 2023.
