Pilates and Fitness Revolution seeks to educate student about your bodies by assisting you to understand how to use correct body alignment & muscle control during class. This can benefit men and women of all ages, regardless of fitness level & have a strong impact on your every day activities, keeping you stronger & healthy. Under careful supervision by Desi Tamati, an Accredited & Certified Instructor classes range from General & Remedial Pilates, Prenatal/Postnatal Pilates, Private Training.
