“We’re Bringing The Picnic Back In Style.”
We’re just a couple of girls who have an obsession with curated designs, swoon over chef-inspired food, love bringing people together, collaborating with some bomb local businesses, and having a good time too!
We created Pop Up Picnics KC as a socially distanced solution to quarantine boredom. With an extra af twist. We specialize in styled, customized picnics- a luxury outdoor social experience.
Each of our picnics tells a story—a story of people, places, and exquisite food.
Don’t worry about a thing, boo! We take care of everything for you! From set-up to tear down and the fresh flowers too. Let’s not forget the feast of food, for we have grazing boards that’ll make you drool.

You will arrive at your very own beautifully styled private picnic, which will include custom built low set tables, assorted pillows, and rugs, table runners, fresh floral centerpieces, table decorations, standing lanterns, and a formal vintage table setting for each guest. Because our picnics are bougie AF!
If you have a special location let us know! Perfect for groups of 2. All picnics are 2 hours. Extended hire is $85 per additional hour thereafter.

Our Valentine's Day package is the perfect way to spend time with your loved ones on Valentine's Day! You will arrive at your very own beautifully styled private picnic, which will include custom built low set tables, assorted pillows, and rugs, table runners, fresh floral centerpieces, table decorations, standing lanterns, and a formal vintage table setting for each guest. Because our picnics are bougie AF!
If you have a special location let us know! Perfect for groups of 2. All picnics are 2 hours. Extended hire is $65 per additional hour thereafter.
