Grooming Policy: State laws require all clients to be current on Rabies vaccinations at least 48 hours prior to receiving grooming services. Rabies verification must be in writing (hand written copies and rabies tag can not be accepted) with your pet’s information and the expiration date. I will be happy to call your veterinarian for confirmation if you do not have this document. Pets that have heart disease, heartworms, or heart murmurs over a level 3 will not be accepted. Dogs that are pregnant or nursing will also not be accepted. Double coated dogs will not be shaved as it is damaging to their health.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that if I need to change my appointment time or cancel it, that I must give at least a 24 hour notice so that the appointment time can be made available to another client who is on the waiting list. If two appointments are missed without giving notice, client’s are then required to pre-pay prior to scheduling any future appointments.
