Hi! I’m Giulia Mastrantoni, Founder of The Yoga Cat. I completed my 200HR with Axis Yoga in 2020, then I’ve moved on to teach in gyms and online. After my 200HR, I’ve studied with Yoga Medicine, Celest Pereira, Adell Bridges, Aligned Yoga (Briohny Smyth) and many more teachers. I’m currently enrolled in Authentic Movement's 300HR program, which is heavily focused on arm balances and inversions, and I’m a student at Turiya Yoga Academy. I’ve only one other huge passion aside from yoga: my cats. They feature regularly (too regularly?) in my Instagram stories.
