THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

All appointments require a $20 deposit that must be sent immediately following booking to secure your appointment.PAYPAL ONLY for deposits. I’ll accept Cash App, Apple Pay or Cash for remaining balance. 15 Minutes after scheduling with no deposit will result in appointments cancellation.Each client receives a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, there will be a $10 late up charge fee for being late. Please notify me of any cancellation 24 hours before your scheduled cancellation.

ARRIVAL TIME: Please try to aim to your appointment 5-10 minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late it may not be possible to receive extra time if a client is scheduled after you.

RESCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments will be considered a no-show after 20 minutes from appointment time.

OTHER ARTIST WORK: I do not work on other lash tech work. If extensions is on from another artist you will have to schedule a lash removal and a full set appointment.

REFUND POLICY: NO REFUNDS will be given out on any service. If you are unhappy you have 72 hours to contact me to resolve any issues.
