All Technical Support and CSSC trainers are ready to help with product, process, offer and troubleshooting support so our centers can better help our customers.

 

Office hours is a dynamic approach to better leverage our trainer expertise across both channels and all centers. Center leadership can now book time with a sales or tech support expert to help themselves, their team, and their team members hone their skills. We set our schedule weekly to ensure maximum trainer availability, so please remember to select appointment times within the current week. We all know how fast the needs of the business can change, so while we will always do our best to fulfill each request, we may not be able to accommodate appointments booked beyond the current week when formal training conflicts occur.
